My Name is CS Raveendra. Currently, I am settled in Chennai. I submitted a letter for the address change on 12th-May, they have taken nine days that too after repeated requests. But they entered pin code wrong. The mobile no was not updated. We have gone to the branch five times requesting the changes to be made. The Branch manager was adamant in her response. When contacted over the phone, she told she was not aware of this and the updates will be made after 3 pm.
Are the staff in the branch not responsible? Are they don't know what's the customer service is? Why can't Canara Bank give option to update our mobile numbers at least? Why we have to run to the branch for every service?
Canara Bank should have a competent staff, else there are other banks who provide very good services.
