I am happy to report customer service is alive and well atmelrosejewelers.com. I got a great price on the rolex watch I wanted, andreceived it as ordered, and delivered as promised. Also, when I contacted
theircustomer service to make my purchase the sales agent Scott was as nice as couldbe. Rolex watches are a sign of class, and Melrose Jewelers is too. I love mynew Rolex Day Date and will tell everyone I know about the great experience Ihad.
It was a very nice experience with Melrose Jewelers for buying a Rolex watch. Igot the best customer service from Melrose Jewelers. I wasn’t sure what the difference wasbetween a president Rolex and an Oyster Rolex, they explained that it describedthe type of band the watch had.
Ireceived my rolex datejust from Melrose Jewelers, and it is 100% genuine I amvery happy with the watch. So you can go ahead and Buy from them. Thankyou, Melrose Jewelers!!
