I purchased a samsung 40inches LCD tv in 2008 for Rs 58000/.Of late the colours have changed and dark images are appearing.The complaint was given to samsung, they suggested replacement of panel@Rs 20000-22000/ which I agreed.
Thereafter they have informed that the part is not available and hence they would compensate me at a depreciated amount of Rs 5700/(approx).I am feeling cheated`Is there any option to me as I do not want to spend again buying a new tv.
