Purchase dated on 22/04 /2011 from sales emporium and invoice number is*/00168/4/2011-2012.Display problem of my LED TV is picture colour distribution has been not functioning as attached .jpg screenshot.
Secondly call to Sony customer care and visit to my registered address and estimated cost given ?10, 000/.
So I would like to know from company is this any justification of spares cost 10, 000 INR for Video panal card where New set cost 13900 INR!
Secondly, would like to know service executive said this spare parts has to be import for your set. So that means company have no liability to there customers after just guarentee/ warrante period over!? I JUST USE MY TV SET 4 years 4 month!
