My mother-in-law had an upset stomach and she was having vomiting and had loose motions. As I was at my office so my wife took her to the nearest hospital which happens to be "Brookefield Hospital. "My wife asked Dr Pradeep to give her basic emergency treatment and not admit her as my father-in-law is an ex-air force personnel and we wanted to take her to Command Hospital in case she was required to be admitted. Pradeep wrote a few tests without even looking at the patient, which my wife clearly asked them to not perform. But he was very adamant on getting these tests done and was very very rude to my wife.
After few drips were given to her, we wanted to take her with us to Command hospital. But we were told that we needed Dr. Pradeep's permission to get her "discharged" as she has already been admitted(without our permission)! The hospital staff was not at all ready to discharge her. They told us that she needs to be admitted for 3 days as her condition is really serious!
When we threatened them with FIR in case they don't discharge the patient, after much haggle they agreed to discharge. Dr. Pradeep however called my wife and spoke very very rudely again to her and accused me of using abusive language against some women doctors/nursing staffs. Whereas I only threatened them with an FIR if they don't discharge the patient. Dr. Pradeep wanted us to write an apology letter if we wanted to get the patient discharged. We had to finally write a letter as we didn't want to get into Dr. Pradeep's stupid and idiotic arguments and wanted to get my mother-in-law discharged as soon as possible. The whole ordeal cost us 5K for only a couple of hours. They charged us one full day of rent of the ward! Even when we never asked them to admit the patient.
Reading other user's reviews, I realize we were not the first one to be forced to get admitted by Dr Pradeep. There are some user reviews which have given 5* rating to this hospital and most of them are marked as FAKE as it can be figured out by the language they have used. The real reviews have all echoed the same sentiment. Please beware of this hospital and Dr. Pradeep. He is a money sucker and doesn't know how to talk to women and doesn't know how to behave like a doctor. Try to stay as far away from these money suckers as possible unless you don't care about your health and hard earned money.
