My choise of tea is rather extreme. Either i like it with a very light body i.e. Brooke Bnd Green Label or a real strong one aka Red Label Brooke Bond, nothing in between.
In today’s era
of switching the brand loyalties, i also went on to buy some other tea, replacing my usual Red Label Brooke Bond. the reason was some silly gift that came with that tea. My alternate was Girnar, 3 Jumbos.
anyway, the experiment was a disaster with a tepid cup of tea inspite of using double the quantity of tea minus the characteristic flavour that i used to enjoy while sipping my hot cuppa.
If u like a strong tea with a deep golden colour this tea belongs to you. U can even give it to kids by replacing water with milk.
I think tea is like a wine, it has its own body and flavour which we get used to and anything else is a compromise..so i have gone back to my old favourite and am enjoying my drink.
