For the first time ever i got to fly business class with BA from London to Houston...as i collect points with BA i thought i’d choose the twice as expensive BA flight as opposed to Contenital who ive nevr flown with
In 2 words BIG MISTAKE !!..... they still use Videos in the biz class lounge and beofre the first film starts you have to wait an age for the promo progrm before to begin... then you have to wait til the longest film finishes before they go around again...honestly living in the dark ages. Whats worse i had to wait a good 40mins before the only girl on duty answered my attention bell and then she kinda snubbed me saying ohh wait 10mins for it to rewind. Eventually i had to walk into First class to get them to rewind the tapes.. Service ehhh
..perhaps its just Virgin and Malasyian andAir France are well ahead on technology.
But worse after the second time around...it is a 10 hours flight the flight attendants forgot to re-start the tape result stared at blank screen for best part of an hour. did i mention no games console either.

next time i will go thru France and with air france   their economy beats the pants of this rubbish...my company paid 5K for the ticket as well
