27th March 1st day of terminal5. Aware of problems, offered not to fly when flight delayed. Assured all was well, offered to stay in Newcastle or fly with KLM, assured no need. Flown to complete bloody bedlam at T5, home hours later by train. No luggage 5 days later, no response to e-mails, customer relations shut over the weekend and for 2 1/2 hours of or their advertised opening hours on weekdays. Dont give these cowboys your money unless there is absolutely nobody else flying to where you want to be. They have not identified my luggage 5 days after I flew, e-mailed me to tell me they had cancelled a flight from a city I never reached and now tried to sell me cheap tickets to New York. The e-mail was delayed by a day and should clearly have gone out on April 1st (all fools day)
