Hi guys
I did book a ticket for my friends dad to fly to UK in august, but due to his poor health. He was not able to fly. I had to cancel the ticket. This happened in the month of august 2006.
I
did go to the sales from where i did buy this ticket, they had no clue what to do. They asked me to email to bombay office which is in charge of the refund. the email id bom.babsp@ba.com. As normal the mail got bounced back. Luckily in our office i did have an admin person, who did take more than 10 iteration to the sales office. Intially it was said you will get the refund in 90 days.
After 90 days (October)
When we asked they said it will be refunded by this weekend. This also did not happed, each and every visit they had new answers. In one of our last visit ie in the month of november. the security did not allow me because this was refund. he asked me to call the call center
Call Center (November)
They were a very kind people i will never forget them. To reach them it took more than 14 minutes. Then the Call center asked me to fax the ticket cause it was e ticket. and she said she would call me the next day. but no complaint number was registered. I did fax across but no reply.
Call Center (December 2006)
i did reach them after 20 minutes of ringing. this time the call center personnel said i have to mail across maa.babsp@ba.com.
But the end point i have to run around all the corners, i am not confident about the refund
Thanks have a nice time in ba
