Specifications: British Council is the best place for learning English or if you want to be a fluent english speaker, the only thing is that this is quite expensive as the charge 15000 for 16 classes 2 classes per week for two months.
They teach in very good manner and the teachers try to connect with students and try to know more about the problem of students and try to solve that.
The administration is very good and they deal with students in very good manner.
There are lot of courses including lots of Extracurricular programs.
Alumni Network is very impressive too.
I have personally join this and trust me the level of learning is completely different.
