As I am very much health cautious, therefore I trust only branded items particularly eatable ones. But few day before I had a bad experience with one of the branded company. I purchased one packet of

Britannia Coconut Biscuit with full faith as Britannia brand name was involved in it. But in the evening when I opened the packet to have some biscuits with tea, I saw that the biscuits were so much baked that there color had turned from brown to cola black and it tastes very bad.

I was very much surprised and felt cheated that the most popular biscuit brand is presenting such a product to its buyers. I don’t know what’s in their mind. Is it ignorance or there thinking that no one challenge their monopoly in this field, no matter what they present to the consumer.

Whatever be the reason I am very much dissatisfied with it and that forced me to write my first review in mouthshut.com
