Man these guys seem to be going every where?. They seem to be following me everywhere? Being in the Sales field I need to move around? I was at Surat last week and was pleasantly surprised to see Bombay Blue there but was shocked to see the same restaurant in Bangalore.. Man these people are mushrooming nationally? And in style.

They have the restaurant with the same looks as Bombay counterparts but the add-on in here is the fantastic outdoor terrace seating. Located in a mall near the shoppers? paradise Brigade Road these guys are doing a fantastic job. Surprise ? Surprise? you get the same paneer tikka (as soft & creamy) and channa and nachos and onion rings as Mumbai here?. The manager informs me that they fly down the key ingredients from Mumbai?.. Way to go !!!!! Beat that man? these guys are really finicky about their quality.

Am I glad to find these guys at all the places I go and not miss Mumbai for at least the food part.
