BOMBAY BLUE - BANDRA - BOMBAY Review

We visited Bombay Blues last evening & were really excited to start with the world best Nachos & Onion rings...
SO, we called for

Nachos & as always, was so tasty...then came the Onion rings...ohh, the view was mouth-watering! BUT, when I picked up the 1st ring to eat....by goodluck, I took a second to glance at it before placing it in my mouth. And what do i find.......A BIG COCKROACK fried inside the Onion ring...what a pethetic & awful view!!! felt like puking!

This was however, NOT AT ALL expected out of them...atleats not from a so-called hygenic restaurant like Bombay Blues!!! It has an outlet in Bandra & ANdheri too....I really wonder what efforts they must be taking to maintain cleanliness!!
After we saw this, we called the Manager & complained about this...& yeah, he just said a simple "Sorry".... thats it!! How irresponsible people have they hired!!! I would love speaking to the CEO face to face about this! And this is not all, he got us a Sizzling Brownie as a complimentary dish!! I’m not interested in a complimentary dish, but would ask them to spend that money in maintaining hygiene.
There are many customers visiting Bombay Blues...everyday, but if they knew this.....!!!!!
Also, no. of kids (non-adults) visiting this restaurant is more than the no. of adults...as everyone knows abt it! What will happen to them God knows! I have made it a point to tell everyone I meet around here to prefer to not go to Bombay Blues for their meals!
