Bombay hospital Mumbai- very poor inter departmental co-ordination. ct scan& mri departments are located next to each other but still didn't pass on report .patient need to visit again & again. ward boy / nurses don't know where to submit reports. marketing, finance department not ready to communicate with each other.poor lift services, tips are not allowed as per management rule but ward boys & mavshis are very keen to have tips even if you are admitted for a day in icu they will come behind you for tips very pathetic.
Once you get discharge then no body is going to give you damn. they will not give you information about when you can collect report or block after biopsy etc. & if you go & ask about it then they will make you run & finally they will give it to you if you are luck enough. minus 10 stars is what they deserve.
