While I was getting tired of watching the same old…entertainment shows, which talked about the same movies over and over and only the stars ~ like Srk, Kajol, Kareena….

Bam!

I was in India, Switched on the TV (Channel ETC)

There was a new show named Bollywood Tonight….Right when I was about to change the channel…thinking..again..another entertainment show…c’mon! Give me a break!

But it was different…there I saw a anchor eating “gol gapas” with Priyanka Chopra.

Something was different ~ you don’t see this …on Ent. Shows…they are always in a boring (mostly Blue) colored studio taking a interview.

I was surprised and kinda..giggling as to they were having a eating contest.(Hehe!)

Aaah! I found my self becoming a fan of the show…from that eating contest to having lunch with Tushar Kapoor. Me becoming a fan of a Entertainment show is like my dog not licking my brother’s face..(ok bad analogy!!)

So enough of that…now why do I like this show…& what’s it about?

I like this show cause it shows the fun & normal side of stars…the show is hosted by a guy with glasses (sorry never paid attention to his name)…

He welcomes you to the wonderful world of Bollywood and informs you what will be shown in the show…

~Box Office Update
~ Gupshup (masti ishtyle) …eating gol gappas w/ Priyanka, lunch w/Tushar, Driving Auto Rickshaw by Uday Chopra, Scaring people with the “Bhoot”, on the sets w/ Sunil Shetty or getting wet in the rain with Sur’s Gauri Karnik. (hehe) _(Sounds FUN!)

Now that I m back in U.s, I thought I had lost my newly fav. Show…but no! Although, its not Bollywood Tonight, its BOLLYWOOD GUPSHUP…which I find it the same…no dif.. don’t know why its called this instead of Tonight!

Some more comments :::
:-: why in the world the anchor guy holds a pen in his hand…he doesn’t write anything….huh? But his Hindi is pretty damn good! (might be the first Indian guy on Film bizz…who Hindi is understandable!) – I m not exaggerating – all the other shows on indian t.v have an anchor who speaks English or Hinglish!

:-: this might be the only show which uses my name over n over…hehe ( bipasha nei ek biwi ki bhumika nibhai hai)

:-: No stupid Vjs witha very fake accent and half naked clothes

:-: It’s a fun filmi show….now what more can u ask for?
