I had purchased a 1.5 ton ac abt 10 days ago. but till date d standard installation is pending.it clearly mentioned in the bill that I will get d installation free of cost. bt till date my ac has not been installed and when I made several attempt to contact with d dealer for the respective installation date, he is not paying attention and he is playing hide and seek.
I tried to lodge a coimplaint with blue star customer care they instead tried to coax money out of me by saying that I would have to pay for installation and when I said that it is clearly mentioned that inslattion is free they turned a deaf ear and said we should talk to the dealer.they are not at all coperating and literally forcing us to pay charges which we are not suppose to. such a fraud company.
I made a terrible mistake in purching bluestar ac.i purchased d ac from RAIPUR ELECTRONICS, BHAWANIPORE BR, KOL-25. AND YES AFTER PAYING D WOOPING RS.42000/-(ac model no:SAC5HW18ZAGT, ( 5 STAR HIGH END SPLIT AC INVOICE:BH / 651/2016-17), im getting this shitty treatment.
