I purchased this product 2 months before and I have called Bluestar customer care for 4 different issues in this product. First of all my advice to people is not not get your ac installed from any engineer if u have bought it online. Insist on getting it installed by Bluestar engineees .When I booked the product the next day I got a call from these guys stating they are from Bluestar and they came for the Installation. We thought the installation was fine but that was not done properly and we had to call Bluestart and then they said they were not bluestar employees. Im completely dissatisfied with your product and I'm still facing multiple issues with this. Not so good cooling and their after sale service is worst. Its better go for some other brand
