I placed an order through bloomex to have flowers delivered to my mom, the site was really easy to use, and I didn’t have too many problems finding what I was looking for.  The selection is huge, but I had difficulty with the order process.  The biggest problem was that I couldn’t go back and change information, otherwise some of my info would be deleted.  I got a little frustrated and called the 1-800 number.  The sales agent was super friendly, and she took my info and the whole process was done in like 5 minutes.  I really liked that I received a confirmation of my order, which had what I ordered and the address for delivery, etc.  The sales agent stayed on the line with me til I read through everything to make sure there were no mistakes.  I got emails updating me on the status of my order as well.

I called my mom later that evening to see if she received the flowers, she raved about them.  She said they were absolutely beautiful.  Overall I liked my experience with bloomex, I just wasn’t nuts about their ordering process, at least they have agents to help you through.
