It took me a couple of weeks for me to get the courage to see this movie because I had heard it made some of my close (masculine) friends cry!
But when I did I was blown away by the performances by both Rani Mukerjee and Amitabh Bachchan!
I am grateful that we have 2 of the most wonderful actors amongst us!
Rani Mukerjee truly excels herself! She has come a long way from the likes of Raja Ki Aayegi Barat and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.
And the Big B himself..... What can I say.....? With so little to do in the movie he did so much!
The film reminded me of another film Sanjay Leela Bhansali had done which was Khamoshi but this film surpasses that film by a mile!!!
The fact that it had no music was a good decision but the musical backdrop to the film helped the story and also the tension revolving the story! I would truly recommend anyone who wants to watch a great movie to watch this! But warning take tissues!
This is truly one of my best movies!
