lack of glamour

A Sanjay Leela Bhansali product is not expected to disappoint his audience and he has justified this statement by directing THE PURE WHITE MAGIC , BLACK.

A timeless classic far ahead of its time

entails the kind of plot which apart from its conception demands an extremely skillful representation.Black is the kind of movie which I believe should be seen alone in a serene atmosphere in order to grasp the sensitivity embedded in the movie.

A little girl who can’t see the world with her own two eyes. She is deprived of appreciating the beauty of Nature. The little girl can’t even speak properly. She only mumbles certain words which lack meaning. Her parents are worried about her future which stands bleak and cheerless.

          &n
bsp; They hire a teacher ,the role enacted by Amitabh Bachchan, the skilled perfectionist, who is determined to extract the best out of the little girl despite her physical limitations. She is made to sense the presence of objects around her and even starts eating food all on her own which was quite an impossible task earlier.

          &nbs
p; The girl is brought near the falling water forcefully by her teacher so as to trigger her sensitivity in which he succeeds as well. Then she grows up to become  the current Bollywood sensation, the Bong Beauty ,Rani Mukherji, who has proved

that she has depths of talent waiting to be explored.

          &nb
sp; Rani even gets admission in college. She keeps failing despite her dearmost teacher making supreme efforts to get her the desired education.Ultimately, her sincere efforts bear fruits and she attains the graduation degree.

Rani is even portrayed as falling in love with her dearmost teacher.Earlier I wondered on the possibility of such a situation but a closer look at it makes the realization easy that it is definitely possible in the sense that if a person has such a significant person in one’s life who is constantly around then one is bound to get emotionally attached to the individual.

It is the feelings which Rani expresses for her teacher and feelings are pure and sublime but unfortunately she was callow and he was having grey hair!!!!

Anyways, the matter is explicitly dismissed in the movie. Now the teacher of Rani falls sick with the same disease,I guess it was Alzeimer’s disease. But Rani won’t let it happen with her dearmost teacher and she starts taking care of him.

Quite a symbiotic relationship between a student and a teacher.

Truly mindblowing and miles away from the desi Bollywood masala movies.

Such kind of movies are basically meant for a specific category of viewers who are adept at seeking entertainment out of the intensity of emotions which are waiting to

splash their hearts with the wave of deep rooted sensitivity.
