A Fish Alway Rots From The Head Down.is a story of any corporate company i.e. it is the leadership which is responsible for collapse of ethics and goodness in any company or employee.
It is a good platform to publish and diseminate your problems. Continue to fight for justice. Continue the spirit of Bhagat Singh and Chandrasekhar Azad who fought for our well being and died. What we see in India is injustice everywhere. From corporate companies to cruel HR policies of the companies. Time is to wake up and use the social media for the addressal of justice.
Companies cannot stop us from showing what is wrong with them. Whatever you are writing is not illegal and cannot be fought against; provided you are factually correct. No libel case stands against you if you expose the wrong done to you by some company. Better you equip yourself with legal knowledge about your rights and protect them that they are not violated.
What is happening today is that companies wants us to be meek, bear injustice, malice, rash judgment. Please do not make it your destiny that if some company does not pay your salary or dues its Ok. Rather, fight for it. Go to the labor court where the company is located and falls under the jurisdiction. There is a Compensation Act which tells that an employer cannot stop or hold payment beyond a reasonable time period.
Moreover, use social media empowers you all. Thanks to social media now we all are powerful to expose the wrong doings of any company to their prospective employees, clients/customers. Gone are the days when companies used their draconian policies to harass their employees and did not fear; today, you can make an impression by writing a post at Mouthshut.
Show to the world that you were wronged despite the fact that you were honest, hardworking, and loyal. Loyalty is not a one way process where just employee should be loyal to the company, the company to has to take care of the employee when he works for it and when he leaves it gracefully.
