I have seen other review for Binary Semantics. I am going to share a very barbarous behavior of HR binary semantics gurgaon. One of my friend's colleagues was working with this company. As she was expecting baby, she applied for leave.
Company had given leave for three months. Company had paid for maternity leave. It was nice. After that she joined again, but her child had some serious problem so she again applied for leave. HR asked her to pay 3 months of salary which they have paid during maternity leave or come on the job. She was helpless in front of such brutal activity. Company said to her that If she would have not come to job, HR would file legal action. Now in this situation who is going to leave her baby.
On humanitarian ground nobody could ask her to do so even law of this country. I have asked my friend to suggest her that she could speak Top management and complain about HR. My friend told, how could it be possible without consent of top management? HR head was Ashima Kapoor and this lady spent her whole life in the same company…. Just misguiding top management and living happily. I don’t know, how corporate to top executive misguided by such fellow.
Now I am seeing some reviews on Binary Semantics…. how they are humiliating employees. This forced me to write this review.
