Bkk-Dac, Dac-LHR.

My 1st comment is this.......................

AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS! My flight was due to depart Bkk-Dhaka at 5pm, was then delayed till 9pm, then to

11pm, then 2am the next day (the same day and time my connecting flight was departing). The plane from Bangkok-Dhaka was still in dhaka 7 hours after it was supposed to have already landed in Dhaka, which meant an overnight satay in Bangladesh. I am severly annoyed at this as i had no wishes to be stuck there of all places, and especially in some grotty hostel with no windows and dirt on the bedding.
The airline staff from reservations to check in to the cabin crew are Rude, arrogant and have no idea what they are doing, The food was all i can class as what you would feed to rats to kill them, no onboard entertainment apart from a flimsy magazine of no interest to me, though it has its use to swat the bugs lurking in the filth on the floor.
The interior is like something from a very bad version of Austin powers  crossed with sesame street, garish colours, uncomfortable seating (im sure they are park benches with cusions on them, lol) and very cramped. The insides are falling apart.
The flight from Dhaka to London was just as bad, if not worse, theres staff smoking in the toilet, which may i add must be avoided at all costs unless you want to catch impertigo, heppatitus and god knows whatever else.
Stopped in dubai supposedly to collect more passengers for a maximum of 1 hour, surprise surprise, we were there for nearly 5 hours! Arrived in london almost 3 days late at 2am in the morning, No busses or coaches or trains untill 6am :(

To conclude, i complained and was basically told to F*#* off, and that i had completed my flight so as far as they were concerned end of subject!

Flying with Biman Certainly makes you appreciate Not only decently run services, but your life! god only knows how i made it back alive, but i tell you this, there is no way on this earth i will ever, ever, EVER, fly with such a badly run, poorly kept and arrogant airline as Biman!

The excuse of them being an developing country to me means that they should not be allowed to fly outside of bangladesh until they are developed enough to have standards and service that can be given at a level not intended for rats! Infact, they should have all international liscences revoked permanantly to save misguided people to fly with them, they lie and say theyoffer a 1st class service, must be related to royal mail! lol.
