I flew biman on my way to New York JFK. I took a fligt from Delhi to Dhaka and then from Dhaka to New York  via Dubai and Brussles. The flight from Delhi to Dhaka was 9 hours late. No information from the airline was provided. The check-in at Delhi airport was  bad. The flight was 2.5 hour long with hot food which was good. Finally after landing in Dhaka i had to wait for an hour in transit lounge which ws like unfurnished. It had some chairs to sit on. After many attempts i was able to contact a Biman officer. He gave me a hotel token and after security my passport and ticket was taken and i was told that my New York flight is 24 hours late and till then i will be put in a hotel. In a bus all the passengers were taken to a hotel rather it was a appartment. Food was bad but the room was good. Atleast it had cable connection on TV. Fligt from Dhaka to New York was long with stops in Dubai and Brssles. At New York the luggage came after an hour.

On the return trip my ticket was cancelled and after many attempts and pleeds i was rebooked on a flight which was 4 days after my scheduled flight. Finally that flight landed Dhaka and then again my flight from Dhaka to Delhi was late by almost 11 hours.

Please dont fly Biman.
