I have purchased Swift Crystal Gold vxi from BIMAL march 2nd 2006. from the day one I had lot problems, when they fit my speakers they didn’t fix all 4 doors, I had
requested BIMAL about this problem they asked me to bring the vehicle to showroom this is not the answer because its their mistake so I can’t drive my vehicle 30km in Bangalore traffic and get door rattling sound fixed.

I went to Mandovi service centre @ Vijayanagar they fixed it in 20 minutes.

I could see plastic pieces hanging between metal part of the door and plastic casing of the door which created scratch on vehicle. BIMAL is the dealer who never agree for their mistakes.

I wrote email to them they never reply to my email although I have put right email address and right subject and very polite email content.

They agree they received the email but not ready to reply, this indicates they agree they do mistakes and try to close the matter without reply.

My vehicle has poor pick up from the day one, when there is up in the road it pulls very slowly, Now first service is done so I hope pick up will be improved after this service. This is what BIMAL people told me, I am waiting for it.

I heard from many people about bad service experience they faced with BIMAL, I agree problems are common but silly issues make things bad when unattended.

BIMAL executive has taken more money from me and they assured they will send me the check for over payment but 1 month over now they didn’t return my extra paid money.

Bottom line of this review is this much -> The company which gives bad service will go off the screen very soon, because people are very alert and choosy, Its always better to address the customer’s problems with good respects and utmost care to bring smiley faces on him else situation will be Miles of Cries!!!!!!! for the one who faced problems.....

10 days over after first service, still pick up is not so good for my vehicle, I am planning to ask some one who has swift VXI to try my vehicle and compare my vehicle with their vehicle so we will know if there is any manufacturing defect with the vehicle. I will keep posting this matter in this review so this will help others to decide right vehicle right dealer.
