I  would like to share with you guys the good experience I had with Bimal auto agency.

First of all they have a good staff, who takes care of you immediately when you drop in to their showroom, I bought an ALTO with these guys and the deal went very fine and I even got the vehicle on the promissed date though there was a waiting time for ALTO that preiod.... What I was really impresses is the customer service these guys have. They have feedback form for every process, like after you buy the vehicel, then after the the sales deal is over etc etc, and they take the comments and suggestion you write on that seriously and someone immediately follow-ups with that. unlike ’’Advaith Hynduai’’.

I even got my first service done and the whole process was very good,I was explained with all the service work they have done and even the aprox rate it might incur etc etc before... then I was called and informed that the vehicle is ready for delivery.... As I told you before I was sent a feedback after the first service was done... 

I had written a small complaint that there was vibration in the vehicle after the service... after two days I got a call from Bimal asking what was the problem and I explained to the service guys and they came down immediately with the mobile workshop van to my house and fixed the issue with the virbation... I was really very happy about their service and support. I think other auto showroom guys should learn form BIMAL Auto.... I will definitely recommend all my collegues and friends to go here if they are trying to buy a maruthi or Suzuki vehicles... Keep up the good work BIMAL AUTO!
