I had bought a Swift Vxi from Bimal years back. Here goes my experiences:
1. If you are a Bimal customer, you would have experienced the marked difference from the Bimal executives before the purchase and post purchase. before purchase, they trea you like a KING. post purchasing, you will be treated like a piece of S***
2. Mechanics in Mahadevpura will screech your car to glory in front of your eyes only if you leave it for service. I had an instance where I got a huge dent on the running board for free. Thanks to the irresponsible mechanics.
3. My expensive park light were replaced for free with cheap yellow bulbs. Again, thanks to Bimal mechanics.
4. New Power window motor replaced with a noisy one free of cost. Again, thanks to Bimal.
5. Patronizing the customer to fill up the JD power survey with positive comments. they would even sent executives home to get the feat done. Amazing, isn’t it?
6. Ignoring the complaints with the answer "Even Wagon R has got the same problem". if Wagon R has the same issue, go rectify it.
7. Those who receive the car for service in Bimal knows how exactly to bounce the customer mentioning all worthless reasons.
8. Few months back, there was rennovation going on in Bimal Mahadevpura which gifted me free paint spots on my car.
