go there only if you want to get tea and see all smiles when you are out car shopping.
The day the deal is closed, you will be treated like dust.

I have come to know of many similar stories now about bimal true value. Now I regret that i did not ask around, before committing to this agency. I have made up my mind to write to Maruti headquarters with all my concerns and comments. It is a final try before i give up hope on Maruti as a whole. They do well with their processes, but forget to get the best people to do the job.
