I own a Maruti Alto car from last 2 years and recently serviced my car at Bimal auto agency on the kanakapura road on my friend reference for 1st time.
But I was surprised by friendliness of the staff and the understanding capacity of service engineer(Mr.Vikas). I was expecting the bill to be on day higher side but it was within my budget.
I didn't think that I was a new customer to the dealership. I thought this would be a small compliment from my side for for their customer service by posting in a public forum. I hope they continue the same in future.
