I would like to share my experience in servicing my vehicle at BIMAL AUTO AGENCY at VARTHUR branch. I have purchased my dream car,
A star, from Bimal and is having great experience and relationship with them. Kudos to the team in taking care of our vehicle and making sure to satisfy every service that they perform for us. The recent service done at Varthur branch made me to write this feedback.
The Service was awesome and they have addressed all of my issues mentioned to them. The service Advisor was able to fix everything.
Though we make the payment, appreciate the effort that they take to make sure we're happy with their service and really understand that its not just easy to handle such a huge load keeping all of them satisfied. I did coordinate with the Customer Care Manager over there. I think her name is Shilpa and had a great experience interacting with her.
She so well understood my concern and provided all possible help and support. She did meet me before delivering the vehicle and confrimed that I am happy with the service and all of my issues has been taken care. In fact I was stunt by looking at their concern on us as customer and Kudos to the team. I already referred all my friends, who has maruti cars, to get the service done at Bimal Auto agency at Varthur branch. I wish all the best for their future journey and would like to see them rocking for years.ALL THE BEST TEAM VARTHUR
