I have left my car for service, gave details of what all details need to be looked at along with suspension work. The service advisor was also advised to look into the issues which was also detailed in the service request sheet.


However, completely disappointment that only the major work of suspension was done. Rest everything was untouched. None of my issues were looked at. The car was in a filthy situation, very dirty from both inside and outside. Also asking for information on the bill there was no proper response.


Following all this hassle I raised a complaint and it's been like more than a week but there is no proper response. I strongly believe Maruthi Suzuki is no more a reliable brand and my observation is that they are only focused on sales and not after sale service. Very surprised, shocking and disappointed.


I will never leave my vehicle with Bimal Auto agency at old airport road for service nor suggest others. Now I am even doubtful if there was a complaint raised. Wiring such a lengthy message so atleast the top management is aware of the issue.


If anyone looks into the complaints portal please check out the details. It's a genuine complaint, my vehicle number is listed below. Let me know if someone needs any further details with bill number etc.
