Please "DO NOT TRUST THE WORDS" of the Bimal Officials, they say something and they do something. "MOST BAD SERVICE" I have been with giving my car for servicing, I never get the car with full cleaned, "NEVER SATISFIED" "PLEASE ESCALATE THIS"
I had BAD experience with BIMAL customer care and service I had given a car for servicing, but when I took the delivery from the work shop the car was not cleaned and water left inside the try which is under the dashboard. even though they have stopped using the water for cleaning. I was in very hurry to pick my kid from home to school to attend the meeting. I took my car delivery and start to my home( which is next to BIMAL workshop in Yelahanka) on way I got a call and I attended the call, after the cal I left my mobile in the tray, I was not aware that water is there in tray.
and I picked up my wife and kid from home and went to school, there I parked the car I took my phone, It was very surprised to see mobile with full of water.( mobile was in the water almost 15min)
After the meeting, I dropped my wife and kid at my home and immediately went to BIMAL showroom and shown their blender. I have shown the water and other dust inside which they not done it. again they took the car inside cleaned it. At that itself I have shown the mobile to one the customer relation ship managers. They said, Ok sir, get it repaired and we will bare the 50% of the cost. Now mobile cant not be repaired.
The same thing I have informed to them. Now they are telling" we do not use the water, we do not know how water come side, we can not accept the mobile damage" which is very ridicules.
And they most unskilled labors in the workshop.
So, guys, please do not believe any words from any one in the BIMAL, you have to get it done what ever you want before taking the delivery. Most bad experience. Do not accept any thing that you do not. even if it is a minor also. get it rectify then and there.
Even, you speak responsible person in the BIMAL, you won't get the favorable answer.
