I bought a pair of heel pads shop ID 5852
for Rs. 750 that lasted just 8 kilometers of walk in three days.

The reasons

they gave me for not entertaining my complaint
was that the product was branded and that the 100 day guarantee was only for
shoes and not for accessories. Yet the product in question displays Easy
Exchange Policy and 100 day guaranteeunder the icon in
their catalog.

Here I would like to point out that all the products sold
by them are branded and all of them carry a  100 day guarantee.

Considering the number of adverse comments on the company
in this review I now regret I had erred by not reading them before dealing with
this company. Do avoid the company unless of course you are a die-hard risk
taker.

          

 The
drivel in their about us page is quite amusing but any attempts
at communication with them will be one sided.
