http://www.Bigshoebazar.com is a cheating,lier and fraud shoe company.
I had made online transaction from my Axis Bank account at Dhanbad and
transaction was done to this shoe company within a minute.
After
that they send me a mail about the order.After few days they mailed me
that there is no stock now. Again shoe company asked me to place an
internal order after choosing other shoe. Telephonic talk made it clear
that stock of that shoe is available. Even after shoe company did not
send that shoe. After many query and lying many times, shoe company
told that no stock of that  shoe is available and then asked me to
claim the refund. I claimed for the refund of money. Money is not
refunded till date. Now I have decided to complain this matter to
proper authority and also deciding to move consumer court. I am
attaching all e-mails.



We therefore request you to allow
us to cancel this order ( Order No. - 504231 ) .The following brand/s
are cancelled --( Valentino Shoes,  ). The discount coupons allotted to
you are active and can be used for a period of 30 days to get a 10%
discount.
We request you to kindly make an alternative choice of the

sports shoes and allow us a chance to serve you again.
