I just had to write and tell you how wonderful it was dealing with this company. I have never had an order and then subsequent return be so easy. On top of the ease was your free shipping on both receiving and returning! The only thing I had to do was print out the label and drop it off. I also was impressed that not only was your shipping free, but with how quick my order came. Also, I dropped off my return on Jan. 1, 2008 and I just received an email that stated that my return had been received and my account credited. I wish more online shopping sites would take some cues from you for their customer service department. Thank you again for making part of my new year shopping easier! Sincerely
