To all the readers…I am writing my blog to help all the customers who are interested in buying out the shoes from the bigshoebazaar.com.I am an NRI from Toronto ,I came to India on 20th of December , on my cousin’s wedding. I went to near by store of m&b footwear but was not been able to find an shoe of my taste….so my friend who was already customer of www.bigshoebazaar.com told me that I can give an try with them, so finally I thought that I should give an try with that . Finally , I looked on to their site and found huge collection of shoes on the site..I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them and they delivered the shoes to me in 3 days as they  promised .One of the shoes (Provogue) was fine but Carlton London shoe was not fine, thread from the from front left part was coming out. Finally I thought that ordering the shoes from them was mistake.I called them up and they told me that the shoe should be sent back in case of the replacement.They told me that I have to mail the picture of the defected shoes and I did that .They confirmed that there was some manufacturing defect in the shoes .I sent them the shoe back through the courier on the same Delhi address.Next day , I got the replacement to me and I was shocked to receive the replacement along with refund of my courier expences of 150 bucks so quickly. Along with that I got an apology mail from the senior management  about the  shoes .So finally I can say that the services of bigshoebazaar.com are satisfactory and you can give one chance to serve you…..Now I think that I have not made any mistake in ordering the shoes from them….Keep working like this….
