I am writing this review not because I bought this shoe from

the bigshoebazaar.com but they  offered me some thing which could have also spoiled the customer and a cmpany’s relation.

          

I bought the shoes from the bigshoebazaar.com first time in my life and the experience I got was unforgettable…..i ordered the 3 pairs of shoes from them out of which one pair was delivered to me in time and the person named Karan promised me that I will get the shoes in time but after 1 week of waiting , I could not receive my shoes and then when I called them they again promised that I will get the shoes in by 3-4 days and then they after the days I finally got the call from them that they are about to dispatch the shoes..By that time I thought that I should change the shoe model I ordered and I told them I want to change the shoe but they told me that shoe is already in the process of dispatching ,but I requested them to change the shoe and then they called the courier company and they turned it down…finally after 5 days I got all the shoes and then I paid for it……as it was on cash on delivery service..but hats off to the company that they changed my ordered even when it was dispatched ….they have won an permanent customer ………..if you want to  be successive , you should not be always customer oriented and customer supportive and I found all these qualities in them….so from my side I will recommend this site to all the customer…I think no company will take back the articles when it is dispatched and they have also not charged any thing from me extra so keep it guys…you rock…………….
