I shoped first time from bigshoebazaar.com thinking that I might get good service in regards to the shoes….wel, I had already tried buying 

the shoes from one of the premium shopping sites…fabmall.com and my experience was not good….

          

So thinking the same this time I was bit confused to either go for it or not.So to give my self an try I surfed through the site and found the huge stock at the site….i was bit amazed to see that….finally I tried buying this shoe from the site but as soon as I came to the mode of payment page I found that the page was showing an error….as I already punched my credit card number and information in it I thought that this is some kind of fraud and was thinking that I lost my 4000/- …..

          

Well, more than my money I was worried about the reply from the company so, I called up their help line number and it was always busy..finally in  the evening I found some one on the line and he helped me through tracking out my payment . He also confirmed me that my payment are already been made to them….and I will get my shoes in 4-5 days…after 4-5 days when I didn’t received my shoes I again tried to call them but on 4th day as I was about to call them I they called up to me and informed me that my shoes could get delayed for another couple of days… I waited for 2 more days and finally after a complete 1 week I got my shoes at my door step and was surprised with the hassle free service , they offered me….i thank to Mr. Sunil as he helped me in getting the reply and also assisting me through the process and always kept me updated…..this experience gave me the confidence to even shop more through them………

          

I would only give an piece of advice to all the buyers who buys the shoe from them that never expect the shoe in time from them but trust them, as I did and finally got the shoe.I am also thank ful to their customer care team which kept me updated every day…
