i am an net bug and i buy everything on net and is been a regular customer of fabmall.com ,indiatimesshopping.com and was thinking that

is there any site which have some difference in the services..and i got the answer bigshoebazar.com.....I made the the purchase of 6 pairs of shoe and amazingly i got them all at my door step.By this kind of service , i started tinking that this time i got an better option and listing and recommended this site to my frinz .....wel , till here it was cool but second time when i ordered the shoe the shoe got delayed for  two weeks and i started thinking that the did i made some mistake in making ou the order , but  then only their customer care team made the difference in the service........they provided me with all the necessary support  and informed me with the all the updates...some time i used to think that i should take an action against them but at every time i got the repky from the service.......NO!!!
Finally on 17th day of my ordering the shoe i got those puma shoes at my place and was shocked to see that they kept their promise and won an permanent customer , i already shopped with many companies but no one give you confirmed reply either ways and some time ,i felt same with bigshoebazaar.com but at last they were always been very supportive.....if they improve their delivery time , they will stand equal to zappos.com or amazon .com...........this is an great service......though late but that is acceptable.......
"mprovement can turn the table round and we will say it was just lost and found "

i want to reccomend this all the customer but an peice of advice always be ready to get the shoes little delayed than promised time......
