First went to Big Chill, EOK about 6 years back. No visit to Delhi is complete with out a visit to Big Chill. The only problem is that one tends to forget his/her age at Big Chill and indulges in all Cholesterol Rich food. The quality has remained consistent all these years. They should open up in smaller towns also.

The serving Staff is acceptable in casual clothes but could turn out smarter with cleaner clothes, shaved and neat shoes. The serving staff is fairly good in service but their general appearance does at times put you off.       

All I can say is that Big Chill has become a habit.

§         GENPACT: 4 Week ‘Extensive Voice and Accent program for Voice & Accent & Soft Skills: It happened after completing one year in the company. I was the only person from my process selected for this program. It was similar to TTP.

§         GENPACT: 10 days training for Communication Skills. It was an extensive training to enhance communication skills. It also dealt with presentation skills.

GENPACT: 20 days training for Voice & Accent & Soft Skills: It was a training program which dealt with customer service, business language, email writing, time management, handling different situation on calls, stress management, and UK Culture apart
