There are many stores for big c in Hyderabad. After completion of my intermediate I have purchased Samsung champ in big c which is located in Khammam.
The mobile is good, and there service is also good. I have used this mobile for 2 years. After that again I purchased android mobile in big c only at dhilsukhnagar store, at this Time I went there at closing time, with a short Tim I purchased the mobile.
I don't have time to check weather the phone is working or not. After reaching home I found its flash is not working, next day I again went there too the problem to them, they gave one letter and sent to Celkon service centre. And they accepted for my replacement. I got another piece this time the mobile is working good. All features are ok. Thank you for giving better service big c.
