I have purchased philips hair trimmer from Big bazaar.I have not tested while purchasing.
It was damaged piece.Due to my office emergency I have reached there after 2 days and showed the product to them with the packing.
I was thinking might be they will ask to contact philips service centre but when I asked customer care of big bazzar that it's damaged piece they have asked me to wait for 15 minutes to check if same product is available in stock or not for replacement.
After 15 minutes they have told me that this model is not avialble at this time .They have provied me credit note for same price and asked me to wait for at least one week or utilize this credit note at any time for any purchase .
They are also really big in after sale services. You are king of market.
