Be very very careful while shopping in big bazaar. I had been to it's chain available in multiple cities including banggalore, hyd, chennai, raipur, nagpur etc .but never get a proper satisfaction till date.
They maintain most of the local products which are very poor in quality and prices. Never ever by any cloth item from Big bazaar.
All ways buy branded item which have discount. Also avoid buying kitchen / food items. This is the place where they took axcess of money from customer
. There trick is very simple show some discount on branded items to customer do publicity and took away money of customer for all non branded local item which do not have proper MRP. Parking is always an issue in big bazaar. They never listen to the complain of customer once the item is sold. The salesperson are very poor in explaining the product and answering the customer queries.
