Hi All, I am a Big Bazaar customer from last 5 to 6 years, used to visit the store once in every 20 to 30 days, but today I realized that the customer service and the point of view looking at us (Middle class family) is very dissimilar, I was treated like a shoplifter in the store (Lido mall Big Bazaar - Bangalore) during the middle of my purchasing, I was stopped by the security and Big Bazzar staff and was questioned, when I asked them back, there was no reply, they just made their face and left.
When contacted the customer support staff of the store ( Mr.Lokesh) the reply received was " No time for these kind of issue, I am very busy".
One thing I understood today, these big showrooms proved that they do not care for middleclass family like us anymore.
No more Purchasing at Big Bazaar, this is my honest review, I know Big Bazaar losing one customer does not make any difference, but thought of sharing my review to all my middle class friends, hoping you people should not get treated as I was treated today (29th Dec 2016).
