I have had a very negative customer service with the sales team. I had gone to book an ecosport with the nerul branch, and taken the quote from them accordingly. The car was going to be on my company's name, and I had arrange for a cheque based on their verbal delivery commitment. The sales person backed out at the last minuts and told me that the car of my choice is not available. I asked her to give me the phone nos of the in charge, which she hasn't shared. I have written 3 mails to which they haven't replied. Later I realized that the quote which they gave me also was on the higher side.
