I have worked for bharathi airtel ltd. for 1 year 6 months in bangalore I was a airtel store executive it was good experiance initially when I joined this organaisation but sad thing is instead of giveing service to customer they wanted sales from us avery day they set sale targets we need to reach that target within end of the day this job was not at all secured as they would remove any one any time if does not show petformance .if not possible other would make us go all the way to other companies and get connections from them as company connections .airtel had a too expensive plan as well but if we would reach target they were giveing us good incentives that was a good thing .apart from that it was all about sale
