I wanted to buy insurance and I chose Bharti AXA after reading about its benefits over the internet. But this company is nothing but a fraud! The advertisements are misleading too! The agent came over and explained everything. But once I paid and called him for another query he stopped answering my calls. It has been more than one month and I haven’t received the hard copy of my policy.
I called the customer service a number of time and the executives assure that I will receive it but they don’t seem to take an action. I also wanted to change my plan but they told me it won’t be possible. This company lacks professionalism, please beware before you invest! Don’t let the plans lure you into buying their insurance.
