I have been following up with Bharti Axa for last 2 months to get my NCB letter for motor insurance. And they made sure that they don't miss any opportunity to harass me. For last 2 months they have been simply asking for additional documents every time I provide them previously required information. Multiple times I have been told that your letter is processed and already sent but when I follow up again they say that there is need for additional documents and can't be shared as of now. Again false commitments and highly unprofessional service.
I have escalated this matter to their CEO MR Deepak Iyer but he is equally unresponsive. He never cared to revert back or take any action. Till date there is no concrete action to my complaint to IRDA. I will never recommend Bharti Axa to anyone in my life. And the entire India needs to know their truth about highly unprofessional and non responsive.
