I have been sharing my good and bad both the experience with all of you over here. Today, I would like to share an experience of mine which I believe is not a good one at all. Well, this is when I decided to get my wife insured and mistakenly selected Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
The policies were fine and attractive. However, this was just a small chunk of cheese. They wanted us to join their circus while they perform as the ring master and we as animals who are looking for someone who may look after us. Well, once I paid the amount, I finally got my kit after a month and that too was too difficult to understand and when I called up to the customer care. They were so arrogant and were hardly replaying at all.
I was repeatedly calling and asking them to explain the terms and conditions, however, they were all the times putting me on a long hold and then disconnecting my calls. Call after call and call after call, this was something I was doing and then finally I wanted them to escalate this and guess what? I knew that the last agent asked one of her friends to take over this call and provide the resolution. They do not even escalate your issues.
Please never go to them, they will burn holes in your pocket and will never let you know what are the conditions you are going to get your benefits.
