The worst insurance company I had known. Pathetic service, rubbish customer care, Idiotic employees, Junk policies and miserable service. I would suggest to go for a nationalized & public sector insurance companies instead of this stupid company. There are so many companies out there, I just wonder how this piece of crap is surviving in this market. Just by showing some pleasing TV commercials can a company really flourish, Well looks like they are.
